Every ring in our collection features hand-engraved detailing — a craft that demands skill, patience, and an eye for precision that no machine can replicate. Combined with a broad range of personalisation options, each ring is both a work of art and a deeply personal object. We hold ourselves to an exacting standard at every stage, from design through to final finish.

Can I personalise my ring?

Yes — personalisation is central to what we do. Depending on the design you choose, you can select from a range of metals, finishes, engraving patterns, and inscription options. Each product page will show you the customisations available for that particular piece.

What metals do you work with?

Our rings are crafted in 18-carat yellow gold, rose gold, and white gold, as well as platinum. Each metal lends the engraving a subtly different character — our team is happy to advise if you are unsure which suits you best.

Where are your rings made?

Every Les Graveurs ring is made entirely in-house, by our own hands, here in Australia. From the initial forming of the band to the final stroke of the engraving tool, each piece is crafted personally by our team — never outsourced, never produced overseas. It is a commitment that takes more time, but it is the only way we know how to work. When you wear a Les Graveurs ring, you are wearing something made with genuine care, from start to finish, on home soil.

Can I add an inscription to my ring?

Yes. Most of our rings can be engraved on the interior with a personal inscription — a date, a name, a phrase, or a single word that carries meaning for you. Character limits vary by ring size and style; details are listed on each product page.

How long does production take?

As each ring is finished to order, please allow [X–X weeks] from confirmation to dispatch. We will keep you informed at every stage and can advise on timing if you have a specific date in mind.

Do you offer ring sizing guidance?

Yes. We provide a comprehensive sizing guide on our website, and we recommend taking your measurement on two separate occasions — rings can feel slightly different at different times of day. If you are between sizes, our team can advise on the best option for your chosen design.

What if my ring needs resizing after purchase?

We want you to wear your ring with complete confidence. Please contact us within [X months] of purchase and we will advise on resizing options. Note that certain engraved designs may be more complex to resize; we will always be transparent about what is possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. All orders are sent fully insured and tracked. Delivery times and any applicable customs duties will be confirmed at checkout.

How should I care for my engraved ring?

Engraved rings are remarkably durable, but benefit from a little care. We recommend removing your ring before swimming, heavy manual work, or exposure to harsh cleaning products. A soft cloth and mild soapy water are all you need to keep the engraving looking its finest. We are happy to advise on professional cleaning and maintenance should you ever need it.
