It's our priority to ensure you receive your piece safely and securely. We work with different couriers and postage providers depending on your location and timing. 

Domestic

We offer free domestic shipping for all our pieces, including insurance and signature on delivery. 

International

For our international customers, we will provide you with a shipping quote depending on your location. Due to the evolving international tariff situation, we will have to provide you with an individual quote. 

Packaging

All our pieces are packaged discreetly, so that you needn't worry about the contents being obvious to anyone else. We supply you with everything you need to enjoy your beautiful piece: a ring box, a leather storage pouch and a care package. You'll receive the item description and any paperwork, such as diamond certificates, belonging to the piece in an envelope with the pricing omitted

If you select to have the ring supplied with a valuation, that will also be supplied in a separate envelope, to ensure the price is kept private.
