Ring Engraving Service — Hand Engraving, Polish, Resize & Replating
Your ring. Our hands. A detail that lasts forever.
Send us your existing engagement ring and let our Australian artisans do what they do best. Every engraving at Les Graveurs is cut entirely by hand using traditional gravers. Whether you're adding a pattern, an inscription, or bringing a worn ring back to its former beauty, this is the service for rings that deserve more than ordinary care.
The work of a graver, not a machine.
All engraving services include a free clean and polish, as well as any servicing your ring may require e.g. claw tightening.
This listing is for customers who wish to send their existing engagement ring to our Australian workshop for one or more of the following services:
Hand Engraving Choose from our engraving pattern library or request a personal inscription, a significant date, a motif that means something to you alone. Our engravers will work with you to find the right design for your ring's profile and metal. All engraving is executed entirely by hand.
Clean & Polish Years of wear leave their mark. Our goldsmiths will restore your ring's surfaces using a careful sequence of hand-polishing techniques, removing fine scratches and surface wear while preserving the integrity of any existing detail work. Returned to you looking as considered as the day it was made.
Resize Whether your ring needs to go up or down, our goldsmiths resize by hand using traditional methods appropriate to your ring's metal and construction. We assess each ring individually before any work begins and will contact you if we identify anything that warrants a conversation first.
Rhodium Plating / Re-plating White gold rings lose their rhodium coating over time, revealing the warmer yellow tone beneath. Our re-plating service restores that bright, mirror-white finish, and always done in conjunction with a clean and polish first.
Not sure which services your ring needs? Reach out before you order — we're happy to take a look at photos and give you an honest assessment.
